Staff Software Engineer - Talent Products

Rippling is looking for a Staff Software Engineer to build the product infrastructure for their Talent Management suite of products. The successful candidate will work closely with product and platform teams to architect and build scalable solutions, shape the product infrastructure, and lead cross-team collaborations.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering
• Proven expertise in developing complex, distributed services using languages such as Python, Golang, or Java
• Cloud experience with AWS or similar cloud platforms is a plus
• Commitment to owning the product lifecycle and solving real-world problems for customers
• Customer-centric mindset and passion for working in a product-focused environment
