Requirements

• 5+ years of experience shipping high-quality code
• Significant time with React/TypeScript and a robust backend framework (like Python/Django)
• Deep understanding of modern frontend architecture, state management, and web performance optimization
• Strong product intuition and care deeply about design, accessibility, and user experience (UX)
• Experience operating and scaling features across both the frontend and backend in a production environment
• Strong communication skills with a variety of stakeholders
