Requirements

• 4+ years of proven experience in operations or a related field
• 2+ years of management experience
• Strong understanding of payments and banking operations
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a high-performing team
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, a strategic mindset, and the ability to work independently
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with experience in cross-functional collaboration
