Requirements

• 5-8 years of total professional experience in financial services, fintech, or the crypto industry
• 1-3 years in a core product management role
• Foundational knowledge of trading concepts, including OTC workflows, crypto assets, and derivatives
• Ability to translate sophisticated topics into clear language for different audiences
• Knack for establishing relationships and driving alignment across teams
• Validated ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously
