Staff Engineer - Labyrinth Screening

Ripjar is a remote-first company that specializes in developing software and data products to combat financial crime. We are looking for a Staff Engineer to join our team and work on our Labyrinth Screening product, which is used by global financial institutions and corporations to monitor client records and identify risks.

Requirements

• Deep and broad experience in building and designing software
• Experience working with big data or large scale data processing systems
• Concrete knowledge and experience of software design patterns, industry best practices and architecture design
• Demonstrated expertise in deploying software into production environments
• Experience designing distributed systems that manage extensive data and/or workloads
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and engage wider technical teams
