Job Description
Riot is on a mission to improve cybersecurity culture by providing an engaging, chat-based training platform and simulating phishing attacks. They are seeking a Customer Success Enterprise to manage and grow a portfolio of large clients, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying expansion opportunities. The ideal candidate will build trust-based relationships, advise clients on product utilization, and serve as a long-term partner on cybersecurity matters.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a similar function within the tech industry
- Full professional proficiency in English and native in French
- Advanced communication skills
- Successful track record of implementing solutions for large accounts
- Autonomous and driven
- Ability to understand client needs and anticipate their requirements
