Job Description
Riot Platforms, Inc. is seeking a Data Center Critical Operations Manager to lead day-to-day operations of our mission-critical data center to ensure 100% uptime, safety, and operational excellence.
Requirements
- Manage uptime, incident response, and preventive/corrective maintenance for all critical infrastructure
- Hire, coach, and manage a multi-disciplinary team of engineers and technicians
- Own the reliability and maintenance of advanced cooling systems
- Drive strict adherence to safety and procedural discipline
- Oversee service providers/OEMs, manage SLAs/costs, and partner cross-functionally with IT, Security, and Construction
- Maintain accurate asset records and ensure audit readiness
