Requirements

• Previous experience as a line cook in a fast-paced, fine dining restaurant environment
• Knowledge of kitchen equipment, culinary techniques, and basic food safety / sanitation regulations
• Strong knife skills and the ability to handle kitchen equipment safely
• Excellent organizational abilities, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure with a positive attitude
• Ability to effectively communicate and work collaboratively with coworkers
• Must have reliable transportation
• Required food certification
