Food Runner

Join our team at Hand Cut Chophouse Nashville as a Food Runner and help deliver exceptional hospitality experiences to our guests. We're looking for a candidate with excellent communication skills, attention to cleanliness and safety procedures, and a guest-oriented mindset.

Requirements

• Deliver food to guests, quickly addressing their needs and answering any questions.
• Check that orders match the tickets before serving to avoid mistakes.
• Safely carry trays and handle hot or heavy items.
• Communicate special requests or issues with orders to the kitchen and staff.
• Bus and reset tables quickly.
• Perform other tasks as needed.
