Sr.Manager, Game Production

Join Riot Games as the Senior Manager of Production at our Shanghai studio and lead dynamic cross-functional teams to create exceptional experiences for players globally. In this role, you'll inspire collaboration and drive development to overcome challenges and deliver high-quality products directly to our players.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years in game development, with comprehensive experience across various project phases and methodologies
• 6+ years of experience as a Producer, Product Manager, or Program Manager on medium to large teams
• 3+ years of direct people management experience
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on systems-based thinking and root cause analysis
• Proficient negotiation abilities, combining patience and determination to manage complex intercultural, technological, and product challenges
• Effective change management skills across diverse teams and cultures
• Business-level fluency in English and Mandarin
