Job Description
RIOS is seeking an experienced Senior Landscape Designer/Director specializing in single-family residential and hospitality projects. The role involves conceptualization, design, project management, and client collaboration to create innovative, sustainable, and aesthetically pleasing landscapes. RIOS focuses on creating impactful experiences connected to people and their environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture
- Minimum of 7-10 years of professional experience
- Proven experience in all phases of design and project management for residential properties
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong knowledge of plant materials, sustainable design practices, and hardscape installation techniques
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Project management experience
- LEED accreditation or other sustainable design certifications a plus
