Job Description
Hey! ⚓ We are Seeking a Finance Manager to own the international finance operations of our group. This hands-on role involves building a robust, data-driven finance department with automated processes, ensuring compliance, and providing insightful financial analyses. The ideal candidate will be proficient in international accounting systems and ready to take the lead with both operational and strategic aspects.
Requirements
- 7+ years of finance management experience in an international SME or mid-sized group (10–50M turnover)
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, German HGB, and Spanish accounting systems
- Proven experience with group consolidation, intercompany loans, and multi-entity structures
- Fluent in English and Spanish, German strongly preferred
