Senior Stormwater Compliance Manager

Rincon Consultants, Inc. is seeking a Senior Stormwater Compliance Manager to join our Environmental and Earth Systems team! The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in stormwater management and compliance, with a strong background in utility and transportation projects requiring Construction General Permit coverage. This role involves working on large and complex projects throughout California, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Requirements

• QSD and QSP certification
• 10 years of direct, relevant work experience
• B.S. in Hydrology, Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or another related field
• Exceptional knowledge of hydrologic, water quality, and ecological processes in watersheds and water bodies
• Demonstrated ability to formulate and solve problems related to water quality resources
• Excellent technical writing, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, and Outlook, in particular
