Job Description
RightSite Health is seeking an Insurance and Billing Specialist to support navigation teams in a fast-paced, call center environment. This role focuses on front-end data verification, payer relationships, billing tasks, and ensuring accurate documentation to improve efficiency and quality of care for both patients and the organization. The Specialist will bridge communication between various teams and resolve insurance-related issues.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare call center, insurance verification, or medical billing
- Strong working knowledge of medical insurance, payor systems, and eligibility platforms
- Familiarity with CPT and ICD-10 coding preferred
- Proficiency in billing and data entry systems (Epic, pVerify, Availity, or similar)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
