EMS Partner Services Manager (TX)

RightSite is a company that partners with EMS agencies to help them redirect patients to the right level of care, reducing unnecessary transports and preserving EMS capacity for true emergencies. As the EMS Partner Services Manager, you will build durable relationships with EMS leadership and teams, support growth, and ensure partner success.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 1-3 years of experience working with EMS, public safety agencies, healthcare services, or related fields
• Strong understanding of EMS operations, public-sector environments, and value-based care concepts
• Proven ability to build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with public safety stakeholders
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Highly organized with strong time-management and follow-through
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Implementation, Clinical, and Product teams
