Job Description
Right at Home is hiring male caregivers for clients within Lake and Porter counties in northwest Indiana, who require one-on-one care for the elderly or adults. The role involves companionship, personal care assistance, and ensuring client independence. The agency aims to provide safe and supportive care by assisting clients with daily living activities.
Requirements
- A minimum of 1-year experience caring for a senior or adult
- Warmth and compassion for people under your care
- Ability to competently communicate and perform assigned tasks
- Completion of a criminal background check, BMV check, TB test, and drug screen
- Valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation
- Ability to stoop, reach and lift in accordance with personal care situations
