Job Description
Rigetti Computing is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for Compute Infrastructure to help build and maintain its core cloud infrastructure. The role involves building and deploying production software, designing hybrid computing architectures, and integrating with quantum engineering teams. The ideal candidate will have experience building mission-critical systems, a strong sense of ownership, and the ability to communicate effectively.
Requirements
- Discipline, rigor, and clarity in code, design, and communication.
- Experience building and owning Kubernetes clusters in production.
- Deep experience with configuration automation (Terraform, Chef, Ansible, Puppet, Salt, et al).
- Domain expertise in AWS components & architecture.
- 5+ years of experience in production infrastructure in two or more environments.
