Nurse Supervisor

Join our team as a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor at Ridgeview Institute Monroe. We're looking for a motivated and dedicated caregiver to provide exceptional direct care and support to patients. The Registered Nurse Supervisor is responsible for ensuring coordinated delivery of patient care in accordance with established standards of care, mental health practice and hospital policy.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in nursing or equivalent combination of education and experience
• A minimum of three (3) years' experience in a psychiatric health-care facility
• Currently licensed to practice by the Georgia Board of Nursing
• Thorough knowledge of The JOINT COMMISSION, CMS, OSHA requirements, and state and federal regulatory requirements
