Job Description
The Building Surveying Team at a National Blue Chip Client seeks a Senior Building Surveyor to support project delivery from initial feasibility reports to contract management. This role involves managing junior staff, ensuring compliance with standards, and providing excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Degree qualified in Building Surveying or similar technical discipline
- Strong technical delivery experience
- MRICS and Prince 2 / RPP Qualified (Desirable)
- Good understanding of CDM 2015
- Excellent specification writing skills
- Good understanding of JCT Contracts
- Strong track record in project management
- Client facing, ensuring a high standard of technical delivery
- Track record of working with disparate stakeholders
- Team player, outgoing, flexible, enthusiastic, ambitious
