Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in IT project management, especially in a customer-facing role.
- Fluency in English and Swedish (at least B1 level) and strong communication skills in both oral and written formats.
- A deep understanding of technical solutions, particularly in web applications and embedded systems.
- Experience working with product owners and analysts to ensure business requirements are effectively incorporated into project delivery.
- Strong relationship-building skills with clients and stakeholders, ensuring project alignment and customer satisfaction.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban).
- Experience in public transportation tech (fare collection systems, intelligent transportation systems) is a plus.
- Familiarity with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) is preferred.
