Job Description
Richmond National is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Professional Liability Claims Examiner to manage a portfolio of claims. The role involves investigating complex coverage scenarios, handling litigation, and overseeing claims resolution. This position requires strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of professional liability and allied healthcare exposures.
Requirements
- Investigate, evaluate, and resolve professional liability, management liability and/or allied healthcare claims
- Analyze challenging coverage scenarios
- Manage claims lifecycle, including reserving, negotiation, and settlement strategies
- Maintain accurate documentation and produce clear, timely reports for management
- Handle a diverse caseload with attention to coverage, damages, and liability issues
