Product Compliance Counsel

We are seeking an attorney to join our Legal Department as Product Compliance Counsel, leading the design, evolution, and production of commercial insurance products and policy forms.

Requirements

• Lead the drafting, review, revision, and production of policy forms, endorsements, and applications for new and existing commercial insurance products.
• Translate underwriting objectives and strategies into precise, legally sound policy language.
• Evaluate existing products and recommend enhancements based on case law developments, regulatory changes, and market trends.
• Partner with internal legal and compliance teams to ensure all products meet applicable regulatory requirements.
• Research and interpret state and federal insurance statutes and regulations as they apply to product design.
• Cross-functional collaboration with internal stakeholders, IT and operations teams.
