Recovery Navigator

We are seeking a Recovery Navigator to join our Calderdale Recovery Steps Team. The successful candidate will work with individuals and communities to promote recovery and well-being. The role involves managing a caseload, facilitating treatment plans, and collaborating with partners to achieve the best health and wellbeing outcomes for individuals.

Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or above or equivalent) or willing to work towards this in post
• Experience working in a similar job role
• Understanding of and ability to implement interventions, including brief interventions
