Requirements
- Manage a service user caseload
- Devising, implementing, and reviewing on-going recovery plans
- Carry out triage and comprehensive assessments
- Work collaboratively with partner agencies
- Facilitate service user access to treatment and community resources
- Develop and deliver quality programs and psychosocial interventions
