Rich’s, a family-owned food company, is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to oversee the efficient operation of all plant equipment. This role involves mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic repair and preventive maintenance, focusing on food safety, quality control, and production improvement. Requirements
- Conduct preventative maintenance on all plant equipment.
- Perform plumbing, mechanical, and general facilities maintenance.
- Follow all GMP’s, food safety, and quality policies.
- Operate Rich’s SCADA system and complete appropriate paperwork.
- Train new associates as needed.
- Monitor food defense and quality records.
