Job Description
Rhythms is hiring a Growth Product Manager to own their growth strategy and execution. They will identify high-leverage opportunities to grow qualified pipeline and improve conversion through the funnel, design experiments, and execute hands-on to prove what works.
Requirements
- 5-8+ years in growth roles with demonstrated impact on pipeline or revenue
- Experience at AI-native tech companies or fast-growing startups
- Track record of identifying growth opportunities and shipping experiments that moved key metrics
- Experience working across product-led and sales-assisted growth motions
