Technical Recruiter

Rho is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to drive a world-class engineering and product hiring operation, building the US engineering team from the ground up.

Requirements

• 2+ years of recruiting experience in product, engineering, and/or design at a startup
• Strong track record of closing candidates and modeling operational excellence
• High ownership and accountability
• Exceptional communication
• Comfort with ambiguity and stretching beyond your scope
• Strong knowledge of the NYC tech market and how to reach its best
• Spirit of experimentation and ability to pivot
• Fluency with our tech stack (Linkedin, Notion, Slack, Google, Zoom; Ashby and Juicebox experience highly preferred)
