Rho is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to drive a world-class engineering and product hiring operation, building the US engineering team from the ground up.
Requirements
- 2+ years of recruiting experience in product, engineering, and/or design at a startup
- Strong track record of closing candidates and modeling operational excellence
- High ownership and accountability
- Exceptional communication
- Comfort with ambiguity and stretching beyond your scope
- Strong knowledge of the NYC tech market and how to reach its best
- Spirit of experimentation and ability to pivot
- Fluency with our tech stack (Linkedin, Notion, Slack, Google, Zoom; Ashby and Juicebox experience highly preferred)
