Job Description
Rhino Entertainment is seeking an Operations Agent to ensure smooth, secure, and compliant player operations across all brands. This role involves customer service, KYC processing, fraud detection, withdrawal handling, and process improvement. The ideal candidate will deliver top-tier service, resolve issues efficiently, and align with the company's responsible player-first operations and legal responsibilities.
Requirements
- Fluent in written and spoken Finnish and English
- Previous experience in iGaming operations, payments, KYC, or fraud/risk roles is highly preferred
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Acquires high levels of adaptability and flexibility
- Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
