IDD Compliance and Investigation Specialist

We are hiring for IDD Compliance and Investigation Specialist at RHA Health Services. The role involves conducting thorough investigations of reportable incidents, staff training, risk management, compliance oversight, and quality assurance to promote the safety and well-being of individuals supported in IDD programs.

Requirements

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in social work, human services, healthcare administration, or a related field
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in the Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) field
• Prior experience as a Certified Investigator and in Quality Management preferred
• Certified Investigator under Pennsylvania’s ODP guidelines or willingness to obtain certification upon hire
