Job Description
We are hiring for a Certified Peer Support Specialist / CPSS / Facility Based Crisis to provide individualized services and promote self-determination and decision-making for individuals with mental health or substance abuse issues. The position requires Qualified Mental Health Professional Status and Peer Support certification or supervision, and offers a $1,000 sign-on bonus and a variety of shifts available for 24/7 coverage.
Requirements
- Qualified Mental Health Professional Status and Peer Support certification or supervision
- High School Diploma or GED or equivalent
- 1 year of experience working with persons with the population supported
- Valid drivers' license and automotive insurance
- Ability to pass background check and drug screen
