Job Description
We are hiring for a Direct Support Supervisor to work with individuals with intellectual, developmental disabilities, and mental health/substance use challenges. The supervisor will be responsible for direct supervision, training, and providing feedback to employees.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or G.E.D required, Associate Degree in a health related area; or two years’ experience in a health related field preferred
- One year of experience working with individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities
- Flexible schedule and availability to provide on-call coverage as needed
- Provide CPR after certification
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
- Valid driver’s license
- CPR, first aid, NCI and/or MedTech certification, a plus
