A highly regarded regional law firm is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to join its busy and well-established team in Lincoln.

Requirements

• Drafting Wills, including those incorporating trusts for complex family situations
• Inheritance Tax (IHT) and Capital Gains Tax (CGT) planning
• Preparing and registering Powers of Attorney, EPAs and LPAs
• Court of Protection matters
• Administration of taxable and non-taxable estates
• Identifying trust administration requirements
