Toom is offering an apprenticeship program for future leaders called the 'Nachwuchsführungskraft' program for young people. Participants will gain hands-on experience in the trading area of toom, learn about processes, and develop sales skills. Internships are also offered, with the option to obtain a trade qualification.

Requirements

• High school degree or Vocational High School diploma.
• Contact friendliness and enjoyment working with customers.
• Interest in the trade and our Baumarkt selection.
• A high degree of communication skills.
• Enjoyment in a team working and later leading yourself.
• A high degree of commitment, resilience and a lot of talent for self-organization.
• Regional flexibility (for further training into the trade qualification)
