We are seeking a Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis to provide insights into business trends and performance to the senior leadership of Rewards Network. This is a hybrid position with in-office 3 days a week in our Chicago Headquarters.
Requirements
- Advanced corporate finance knowledge and analytical skills
- Strong interest and skills with modeling and analysis, with a demonstrated history of success in both
- Advanced in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Expertise in financial modeling and scenario analysis
- Experience in developing team members, leadership experience a plus
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and align financial plans with business objectives
- Strong understanding of internal controls and compliance in financial reporting
- Continuous improvement mindset for financial planning processes and tools
