Job Description
Revolution Medicines is seeking a Senior Manager, Manufacturing Engineering to join the Drug Substance (DS) function. The role supports late-stage and commercial manufacturing of Revolution Medicines’ compounds, collaborating with process chemists, engineers, and business operations. Responsibilities include supporting manufacturing transitions, evaluating quality, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting tech transfer at CDMOs. The role reports to the Principal Engineer and works within a rapidly growing precision oncology company.
Requirements
- BS chemical engineering, chemistry or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years industrial experience in small-molecule chemical / drug substance process research and development
- Experience with managing production/manufacturing campaigns
- Fluent in writing technical reports, tech packages and request for proposals
- Knowledge of current ICH guidelines, cGMP guidelines, and relevant industry practices
- Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making ability
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills with a technically driven approach
- Experience with late-stage/commercial manufacturing at CDMOs
