Job Description
Revolution Medicines is seeking a Senior Manager, GMP Quality to provide leadership and operational support for GMP programs within their Precision Oncology pipeline. The role focuses on process validation (Drug Substance and Drug Product), commercial readiness, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The candidate will work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure the highest quality standards and adherence to GMP guidelines.
Requirements
- Responsible for providing QA oversight of process validation activities.
- Represent QA on cross-functional teams and serving as a resource for quality and compliance questions.
- Lead efforts for QA oversight of manufacturing, validation, and disposition of PPQ and commercial product materials.
- Establish and maintain internal quality metrics for the GMP Quality group.
- Support quality review of regulatory documents (IND/IMPD, NDA) and perform product dispositions.
