Job Description
Revolution Medicines is seeking a Senior Director, HEOR/RWE to lead the development and execution of HEOR (Evidence-Based Research) strategies and activities related to their RAS(ON) Inhibitor assets, specifically targeting pancreatic and colorectal cancers. This role involves aligning with medical and marketing teams, delivering evidence to stakeholders, and advocating for the value of the company's products. The position requires a strategic mindset and strong communication skills.
Requirements
- Deep expertise in health economics, outcomes research, or related fields
- Experience in oncology HEOR and RWE development
- Minimum 10-13 years of relevant experience with an advanced degree
- Track record of high impact publications in HEOR/RWE topics
- Proven success influencing payer/HTA strategy
- Strong written and interpersonal communication skills
- Knowledge in managed care, integrated delivery networks, formulary decision-making, and payment/access models
- Ability to establish relationships with healthcare/research experts
