Job Description
Revolution Medicines is seeking an Executive Director and Head of Research Computational Biology to oversee the scientific and strategic direction of systems biology and preclinical computational biology initiatives. The role involves leading a team to acquire, organize, and analyze large multi-omics datasets using both public and proprietary sources, informing treatment strategies, and guiding patient stratification for a growing RAS(ON) and targeted oncology pipeline. The successful candidate will contribute to the development of novel therapeutics and improve patient outcomes.
Requirements
- Ph.D. in systems biology, computational biology, bioinformatics, or related field.
- 15+ years total experience with pharmaceutical/biotechnology and management.
- Deep expertise in systems biology, computational biology, and bioinformatics.
- Proficiency with R, Python, and related programming languages.
- Experience with single-cell technologies, spatial transcriptomics, proteomics, and epigenomics.
- Experience with MLOps principles and workflow management tools.
