Job Description
We are seeking a General Manager for our Ankeny, Iowa facility to support our customers and drive business growth. The role involves overseeing all plant operations, adhering to lean principles, maximizing profitability, and coordinating sales opportunities with the corporate team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong operational focus and excellent communication skills.
Requirements
- Oversee day-to-day operations.
- Drive manufacturing operating policy supported by lean concepts.
- Support, co-coordinate and initiate sales opportunities with the corporate sales team.
- Guide and coach team members and teams.
- YOY sales/volume increase, to support corporate strategic growth goals.
