Job Description
Revenera is looking for a Renewals Account Manager to manage the renewal process from quote to obtaining the purchase order. The role involves engaging with customers, working through customer objections, and logging interactions in Salesforce.com.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience preferably in Operations, Order Processing or Renewals
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Language skills: English
- Prior experience using Salesforce or another CRM solution
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or relevant experience
