The CRM Support Specialist provides technical and functional support for the Microsoft Dynamics 365 (on-premise) CRM. The role includes troubleshooting incidents, managing user access, validating data and client file imports, and contributing to continuous improvement of support processes and documentation.
Requirements
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a support role
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 on-premise
- Post-secondary diploma in Computer Science or Information Technology
- Professional proficiency in French and English
- Strong problem-solving skills and interest in technical analysis
- Knowledge of SQL and database management
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
- Familiarity with tools such as ManageEngine, JIRA, Confluence
