Job Description
The Equipment Operator is a critical position in Return's fertilizer and compost production operations. This role involves operating a variety of medium to heavy duty equipment and trucks for fertilizer application, compost production, storage, and maintenance. The operator maintains equipment, facilities, and work sites and may operate power tools to assist in various tasks.
Requirements
- Operates equipment of various sizes and weights in loading, hauling, and unloading.
- Performs routine inspection and preventive maintenance.
- Plows snow.
- Cuts trees and brush.
