Growth Sales Lead, AMER

We're seeking a Growth Sales Manager to lead a team of Growth Account Executives and drive individual and team performance in a high-growth environment. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of sales leadership experience, 4+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, and a deep understanding of consultative sales methodologies.

Requirements

• 2+ years of sales leadership or team lead experience
• 4+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience
• Deep understanding of consultative, value-based sales methodologies (MEDDPICC, Command of the Message, or similar)
• Strong communication and executive presence
• Track record of exceeding targets and driving measurable results
