Job Description
Ikerian AG is seeking a Cloud Engineer to optimize their cloud infrastructure and provide a seamless experience for customers. The role involves managing cloud environments, setting up monitoring solutions, assessing new technologies, and ensuring stability and scalability. The company is a rapidly growing medical device software company focused on AI-powered disease screening and monitoring.
Requirements
- A demonstrated entrepreneurial and collaborative mindset
- A university degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience with AWS cloud services
- Proficiency with IAM, S3, RDS, VPC, ECS, EC2, and more
- Strong hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
- Scripting experience with Python, Bash, or Node.js
- Good knowledge of cloud security principles and AWS services
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
- Basic understanding of cloud networking concepts
- Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Availability during CET business hours
- Excellent communication skills
