Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Automation & Controls Engineer to design and deploy advanced robotic automation systems. You will work closely with robotics and machine learning engineers to bring the Skild Brain into live production environments.
Requirements
- 3+ years of industry experience in automation, controls, or robotics engineering
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, Controls, or equivalent hands-on experience
- Strong hands-on expertise with PLCs, vision systems, sensors, actuators, and full system integration
- Experience building, launching, and sustaining production-grade automation or robotic systems
- Knowledge of industrial automation standards and plant communication protocols
- Strong system-level understanding of robotics software stacks and module interfaces
