Job Description
Retain is a cloud platform that provides companies with a 360 degree view of the cost to service and support their customers. As a Product Implementation Manager, you will support the engineering team, collaborate with the product team, and partner with the sales team to deliver a seamless experience to customers.
Requirements
- Self-starter with a track record of success
- 0-3 years experience in consulting, engineering, or technical project management
- Intermediate computer science skills and proficient in at least one scripting language
