Requirements
- Associate degree in nursing
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (for Magnet Hospitals)
- 3 years of nurse management or hospital service line management experience
- Valid CPR certification from the American Heart Association
- Excellent visionary, strategic, fearless leadership skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Technologically savvy
- Effective problem-solving skills and decision-making
- Ability to collaborate successfully within a multicultural environment
