Senior Finance and Administration Coordinator

We are seeking a dynamic and talented Senior Finance and Administration Coordinator to support providing oversight of the Finance and Administration function at Restless Development Zambia. In this exciting role, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring Restless Development Zambia develops and maintains Strategic Financial management systems, and builds the capacity of the finance and administration team.

Requirements

• Graduate-level Degree in relevant field of study or Equivalent Qualification in ZICA, ACCA, Accounting and Finance
• Minimum 2 years of experience in financial management, accounting, in a non-profit organization
• ZICA Membership is a MUST
• Strong partnership management and networking skills
• Excellent numeracy and accounting skills with strong experience in budget development and management
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Experience of financial donor management and reporting
• Experience in performance management of staff
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make sound operational decisions
• Computer literate, able to work with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong team player able to work under own initiative
• Willingness to travel to rural areas as required
• A strong personal commitment to the values of Restless Development
