Requirements

• 3 years in multifamily property management
• 3 years of hiring, training, and coaching teams
• Solid business acumen with experience owning and driving P&L's
• Comfortable operating a one-person site with full ownership of daily operations, resident relations, and financial responsibilities
• A college degree is preferred
