Maintenance Technician - Floating

ResProp Management is a multi-family property management company seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform maintenance and repair tasks on their properties. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of general maintenance experience, be certified as a Pool Operator, and have trade skills such as plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of general maintenance/general repair experience
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO)
• EPA Type I, Type II or Universal certification strongly preferred
• Trade skills including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall, framing, painting, roofing, cabinetry, pools, appliance, etc.
• Trade Licensing preferred but not required
• Must have own hand tools
• Must live within 30 minutes of community
• Must be willing to work a varied schedule including weekends and holidays
• Must have dependable transportation and be able to accommodate a rotating on-call schedule
